    Thank you very much! Just to let you all know. This was accomplished through Power 90 and P90X with a total of a 73 lbs weight loss. Then I gained mass through another program called, "Body Beast" which brought me up 7 lbs and now I'm cutting back down with the P90X/Insanity hybrid. It's been a long journey but so worth it. Thanks again. :)
