  • Hello from Iowa! You've taken the first step and joined a great website. I joined 5/4 and already lost 7 lbs (the good news) and 100 to go (bad news). Good luck. Take in one small change at a time and exercise.
  • Make trail mix with peanuts/almonds/Light on choc chips/light on raisens. Also, grill chicken breasts or chicken kabobs on a stick with vegs. Take popcorn and get a campfire popper. Have fun.

  • My favorite is Applebees Salad with Steak on top. Its only about 3 oz of steak, with a lot of lettuce, a tiny bit of cheese no croutons.
