I've had good luck with American Eagle Jeans or with Old Navy jeggings/skinny jeans. I have a big butt and thighs and small waist. When I started eating more protein, I retained water for a few days. Make sure to drink more water. Also, are you cutting carbs? If you are increasing protein without watching something else, you could be taking in extra calories.

I just log everything under cardio and count the calories. I use a heart monitor to get my # of calories. As long as you are exercising, you're doing fine!

I bought a FitBit Charge in December and really don't think it's accurate at all. The HR is never even close when I am exercising. For example, I was Kickboxing and it said I was at 92 BPM. My heart monitor said I was at 140.

THe Strawberry cheescake are terrible. I eat them between meals if I have to wait too long to eat. I really only like the brownie.

Raw almonds, apples or bananas, Quest bars, pistachios work for me!

If you want to, try the BeachBody ChaLEAN Extreme Workouts. They focus on lifting heavy using fewer reps and they've really helped me!

Do leg lifts and pilates. I have a bad knee and have issues with squats sometimes too!

My goals is also 125. However, if I can fit into my old jeans at 130, I will be ok with that too!

Put it in a smoothie and with some water, ice, and fruit and blend it up. IT's really good!

One thing that helps me at night is peppermint tea. It's really comforting and the peppermint makes you not want to eat!

I feel the same way and we are about the same height/weight! I used to weigh about 120-123 but after a hysterectomy put on some weight that won't seem to come off! I am under my calorie goal most days and still my darn jeans are too tight! Keep it up...we will get there!

I like protein shakes- I usually make something like this: 1 scoop whey protein powder 1/2 cup pure pumpkin 1 cup mixed berriez- frozen. ice and water to taste cinnamon- to taste

2 pounds isn't too much to worry about- many people fluctuate up to 3or 4 pounds in a week. If you want healthy, filling food, try loading half of your plate with veggies at each meal and make each of your snacks some sort of fruit or protein. Good luck1

I just started this on Monday and love it! I did Burn Circuit 2 this morning and got my cardio in over lunch. My legs and shoulders are definitely feeling it!

I have to watch my sodium too b/c of a heart problem. I've found the trick is to eat clean- check out the Clean Eating Cookbook by Tosca Reno and there are a ton of good recipes! If you have a store called Plato's Closet in your area, check it out! Bring your clothes in and they will give you cash for what they take and they have a great selection of second hand clothes. I bought a lot of stuff there after my clothes were too big. I even got a $100 pair of jeans for $20!
