cocoa powder, banana, and some pumpkin puree. if the banana isn't ripe enough I'll sprinkle some stevia on top. it tastes like a brownie!

I used to be like that, but then I guess I just ate too much and now I don't even like it that much (thank goodness!) although now my downfall is chips. I can't buy a big bag of them because I'll eat the whole thing in one day, if not one sitting, lol.

seconded.

looooove it, but it's so hard to find a place that has 100% vegetarian pho. :( word of caution to vegetarians/vegans: even if the pho doesn't have any meat in it, they usually use beef broth and I've found that many times they can't substitute that because it's what gives it that unique taste I guess.

ooooooh you guys are making me want to try honeycrisp really bad!
-
feel free to check mine out! I try to avoid dairy as much as possible. :)

baby carrots and 100 calorie bag of popcorns are lifesavers for me.

I'm the exact same way! >_< I can never talk myself into doing weights, but I'll stay on the elliptical for over an hour.

that's awesome, you look wonderful!!

it's worked as an appetite suppressant for me. :) if I'm still hungry after a big meal, I'll take a little swig of it right from the bottle and it works!

one of the best, most informative things I've read on here. :)

that's why I stopped doing 30DS. :( what I did was take some of the exercises that I could do from her videos and then found some more that targeted specific body parts online and wrote up a couple personalized lists for myself.

http://momsbestnaturals.com/ just found these at Target. I bought the Mallow Oats and completely fell in love with them. they taste like they're SO BAD FOR YOU (in the best way ;D), but they're not!

jars and jars of peanut butter. and lo mein!

I can't live without my morning 1-2 cups of black coffee. I've dwindled my sugary coffee drink intake to about once a week, though. now if I'm REALLY craving Starbucks, I usually just get black coffee with a syrup in it. it comes out to less than 100 calories.

agreed. I like the taste of some of their granola bars, but I don't think the 'fiber' in them really does the job because there's so much other junk in them. :/
-
bump! I could use some ideas for this too :)

oatmeal, dates, and flax seed are packed with fiber. and you can mix all of those together into a really yummy breakfast.

I'm the same way! I only want to lose about 5 pounds, but I know that's going to take me forever. what I learned is that, unfortunately it's not enough to just make healthy swaps and eat better than you did before; of course you should anyway, but on top of that you HAVE to keep track of your calories. you might…

so I was set at lightly active and didn't track any of my walking (I probably spent about 20 - 40 minutes a day walking fairly briskly depending on classes and work), but if I changed it to sedentary should I track it now?

5'8 over here too! :D

I've recently started giving myself a $25 a week limit on groceries, and so far here's what worked for me: -old-fashioned oats in bulk -giant bags of baby carrots and frozen vegetables from Costco -apples, bananas, and oranges -buy one/get one free deals at supermarkets -tofu scrambles (one block of it is enough for 3 for…

tonight I mixed 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a spoonful of pumpkin, a couple dashes cocoa powder, and a packet of stevia. my roommate asked me if I was baking brownies because it smelled so good. and it tasted amazing!

oatmeal with banana! it always makes me sleepy and calms my stomach down if it's feeling upset.
-
I'm 5'8''! feel free to add me too, everyone :) I'm trying to get down to 130.

broccoli! beets! cabbage! cauliflower! zucchini! spaghetti squash! cherry tomatoes! sugar snap peas! green beas!

bump, I'm also curious about this. I've heard about the negative consequences of artificial sweeteners and was never a big soda drinker, but for some reason I've been craving it like mad for weeks.

reward yourself with something non-food related, like letting yourself watch some TV or call a friend before moving on to the next homework assignment.
