yes i track all meals and exercise even just a small walk on a daily basis so much harder to lose the lbs in 50’s compared to my 40’s or younger

Same here I lost 70 in 7 months in 2012 but have slowly creeped back problem 5 years older (52) and my metabolism is slower but I am going to stick with it

👋🏻 starting all over again in week 2 going into week 3 of exercise and eating right again... Need to lose at least 20-30 lbs but I will take small steps to get there 52 so my metabolism is at a crawl right now

Agreed but then sometimes when I see the menus and how many calories I am like ok not eating here where again.. not sure there are healthy options for Mexican restaurants 😉

I would be pissed if I was diabetic. This would not be good either. Not good for any diabetic to be drinking but if they give leaded instead of unleaded in your drink that would be big trouble.

I have only tried the 3 day sample pack I do think it provides me with more energy I know it contains a lot of caffeine so this explains that, but I am willing to try it for the eight weeks and see where it goes.
