i have a pretty good alternative to pizza if you are trying stay away from gluten or heavy carbs.
Scramble 1-2 eggs
Low fat Mozzarella cheese
Turkey sausage
Classico pizza sauce
Pepper rings or anything else you want to add. (0nions..peppers etc)
I like to cook until the eggs and cheese are well done gives it more of the pizza taste ( I think ) . Let me know your thoughts. If I eat for breakfast keeps me full for a long time.

An overcooked frittata is not an alternative to pizza.
It's an overcooked frittata.
I love frittatas but they're not a substitute to pizza.
Just make gluten free dough for pizza and stop overcooking your eggs.0 -
No but my wife does, she has celiac disease .0

Shhh.. poor buckeye. Thank you for sharing your gluten free version. Love that your doggy gets in the pool and loves it. Mine hates it.0

But I feel a ton better when I don't eat bread or food with a lot of gluten0

I haven't seen one there but I'm not looking.
They probably do since it's fairly mainstream now.
A regular grocery store probably does as well.

Wow, how considerate something the whole family can eat too! It sounds yummy... plus it won't make her sick. Go You!
I love pizza alternatives regarding crust like I use Pita bread, flat outs, tortillas but it's because I like doing that, taste yum and I can have the whole thing and not make myself eat only one or two slices.
Some ppl are awesome at moderating certain foods... I've not arrived there yet with them all (choc etc )... Those of you that have.... I'll see you there soon
