Hi, does anyone have an issue connecting the Fitbit fracker to this app and if yes how do you get it to work? I've followed the steps numerous times, allow access but nothing seems to happen. Thanks

    I had trouble with my charge HR this is the info I got from Fitbit help. It worked unfortunately I think it finally bit the dust so waiting on new Fitbit to arrive.


    If you haven't already done so, we recommend restarting your Charge HR.

    1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
    2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V88").
    3. Let go of the button.
    4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

    - Restart Bluetooth Turn it Off for 10 seconds and then Turn it On
    - Restart app: Log out and log In again for the app.
    Try to Sync it again
