  • You have to remember that the fitbit also calculates you resting calories. For example when you wake up look at your fitbit app and you will see that you burnt so many calories while sleeping. Add me if you like

  • I use to do Zumba and oh my lord so much fun and so many calories burnt. I don't think it really matters how little or how much you weigh for Zumba its a burn for anyone. I have it for my wii I should get on it. Give it a try its soooo much fun

  • you have to remember the size of an oz of fat vrs the size of a oz of muscle. You are going to many comments that the scale doesnt matter its how you feel and you look. And you look good. I see the difference. We all live by that scale but you are proof scale doesnt mean everything. Keep it up
