My battery died today and I cant for the life of me get the back off. I used a quarter and a dime to try to turn it. It won't budge is there something I am missing to open it. It says close (where it is now) then says open and I can't turn it to open. Can anyone help me??

    I f there was a way to delete this post I would. I got it off but I almost striped the opening part. I guess I have had it for 2 years and it just got tough to open and with all the sweat at it who knows
