  • Why would your daily calorie intake be 777......that is way too low. You should be eating a min of 1200 cal. I have my goal set at losing 1 pound a week and my min cal intake in 1387.   • WOW- why would you be only eating 500 calories a day? You need to be eating a minimum of 1200 calories a day. It is not healthy to be eating so little and your body is in starvation mode. You need to bump up those calories to a min of 1200. Good luck

  • You should still be able to do the eliptical. I would start drinking some kind of supplement after one of those hard workouts.
