Everything but the bagel seasoning! And the frozen cauliflower rice and the frozen 'grilled peppers and onions' are both fantastic

I use sweetened yogurt as topping on bread/bagel and its delicious and adds some protein. Also bbq sauce as salad dressing is bomb lol. Another weird but delicious combo is spaghetti squash with berries, chicken, cinnamon, honey and drizzle of nut butter all mixed together. I clearly have a sweet tooth haha

Things that just arent worth the calories to me anymore: liquids of any kind, most breads, croissants, cake, rice, pasta at restaurants, anything fried, chips and other savoury snakcs... id rather have sweets now for some reason

Why dont you just add in some fruit, nut butter, chia seeds, milk etc to make it a smoothie since you already have a good tasting protein powder, you can easily take that on the go and it will be way more nutritious than any meal replacement shake

I eat around 200g on 1400 calories and thats just what works for me and where I feel my best

I like them taste wise, but I dont feel like they do anything for my digestion. I drink them sometimes if I have extra calories to spare

I try not to keep my faaavourites around cause I will just save up too many calories every day to eat it and then feel crappy cause of lack of nutrient dense foods lol

I will never 'unlearn' all the numbers I've seen and worked with in the past 5 years. I know I'll have periods where I log, sometimes I'll weigh my foods, sometimes I'll just eyeball and log, sometimes I wont log, but I will always keep a mental tally in my head cause I dont think I'll ever not care about what I'm eating…

its not coffee, but I get a grande unsweetened passion tea with coconut milk and two stevia and it tastes like strawberry milk for 80 calories

I also can not do eggs or oatmeal... they dont do ANYTHING for my hunger weirdly enough

As long as it includes a ton of vegetables/protein/large volume of food im pretty satisfied. Also greek yogurt and protein bars

peanut butter on top of sweet potatoes are amazing.... I eat greek yogurt with sweet potato chunks topped with pb for breakfast every day!

Quest and pescience if you like really sweet tasting protein

I your 'why' isnt clear, you'll never make it. If you are doing it for weight loss reasons, there's no way it will last. But if it means enough to you, either ethically or medically, I'm sure you'll find a way

I do both, just make sure you pick the right entry and search for 'cooked chicken breast usda', and search raw if its not cooked
