I bought a regular package of sushi from Whole Foods with the soy sauce packet and ginger included as normal.. my question is are these two things included in the calories that the package gives? Or is it just the sushi? Thanks.

If the package didn't indicate that it was included, I would choose to log it separately.1

if its inside the package I would assume its included0

Just me...but I'd think the calories in a little pickled ginger and soy sauce would be so negligible as to not really worry about it.2

Yes, the soy sauce and ginger are included in the sushi’s nutrition. I’ve checked it out so I know I’m not exceeding my sodium goals when I forego the soy sauce that’s included.0
