Well, you said no Hershey's...their unsweetened powder is my go-to.

LMAO geez, I don't agree with the article, I think that was clean in the post. And no, I'm not cancelling my dinner fo scrambled eggs tonight. Can you imagine though, how many people do actually buy into it? Can you fathom how many folks are going to read that article on AOL or something this morning, and without any…

It is a killer workout! Definitely go for it!

Sex. ...Just sayin'.

Bologna. McD's, burger king, etc. Diet drinks *cringe*

I think BFL is fantastic - it is nice to see a plan that emphasizes efficiency in workouts instead of the "eat this food and workout for hours every day" mentality. Most folks don't have the time to spend a whole evening in the gym or to hit it up twice a day (I get up at 4:15am and don't get to go to bed until around 11p,…

Girl, get that man a subscription to Muscle Mag and Muscular Development! I'd throw in Flex, too, but that one is too much fluff these days. Anyhow, those first two magazines are BADASS for this type of stuff. A lot of info for hard-gainers like your hubby, a lot of great nutrition and training information and research,…

I'm sure some of it is inflammation from the work, muscles perhaps holding onto some water (though I'd imagine you lost way mroe water than you'd hold onto). Did you weigh yourself on the same scale, same time, etc? A different scale can be calibrated differently and you could weigh noticeably more at the end of the day…

Really, my best results come from weight training. I am a HUGE fan of Oxygen and Muscle Mag publications - Oxy is a fitness mag for women and is loaded with serious workout and nutrition info from the biggest names in the industry. It's not fluff and stuff like "women's health" or "shape." Muscle Mag is the men's version…

So that my man will WANT to bring me to his big tournaments and show me off. I want him to know what it's like to have all the other guys he's competing against coming up to him asking, "Dude... is THAT your girl!? She's smokin!" Think: that scene in Casino Royale when Vesper walks into the poker room to greet Bond and the…

Don't ask us, ask your doctor. You're paying him for his service and advise - get your money's worth.

Mah birthday suit!

Cream would refer to actual cream, as far as I am concerned. I prefer low-fat milk if I need it. Generally, I use a powdered "creamer."

lol apparently you and I are the only ones!

I do not eat mine back. I tried that and didn't like it, it was no help at all.

Clean eating and exercise - weight training and cardio. Don't waste your money on any "fat burners" from the store, it's all B.S.

Our 6 year anniversary is this Sunday and we're not even talking marriage!! Right now, it's about getting better jobs and being financially stable so we can do whatever we want. As a matter of fact, it looks like we won't even be able to celebrate this year, with everything that's going on. But you know what? We're…

I could not disagree more with the logic here.

Chocolate protein powder mixed in orange juice.

I took it in my early-mid teens because I also had trouble sleeping. It worked well for me -I'd fall asleep much faster and not be groggy in the morning. Non-habit forming. Helped me relax enough to get higher-quality z's. I'd give it a try and see how he feels.

I feel massive next to a dude shorter than me. Then again, Grandad and Dad are 6'4". Dude I've dated for the past 6 years is 6'5". Biased? Yep. At 5'9" I'm the tallest in the family after dad.

Man, at first glance I read the title as "Covered in Banana Bites" and all I could think was, "how the hell did you get bit by a banana?!" *sigh* This is much more reassuring now.

Any cardio, if that's what you want to focus on. Walk or jog on incline. Bike at a harder level. Swim. Put the eliptical at a harder level so you really have to use your muscles. Incorporate plyometrics - great cardio - like high jumps. Honestly, lunges and squats will do wonders. Might not be typical cardio but they work.

He didn't beat the man infront of his daughter. When he ran toward her screams, some of the other ranch hands ran with him and they grabbed her immediately and took her to the house. The father beat the man in the heat of the moment, as nearly any father would, and in that moment of such intense rage I can't imagine the…

My dad would have done the same even if he thought it would put him in prison. He's my hero, as this little girl's dad will be her hero.

Oh. My. Gosh.
