Enjoy all that yummy food I have a busy weekend--Saturday we are doing Habitat for Humanity at work, then I have a baby shower and a wedding to attend. My Sunday my husband and I have lots of yard work to do. Have a good weekend

I go to a step aerobics class every Tues and Thursday. In this class we work with the steps and weights, he also has us focus on abs and legs. It is awesome :bigsmile: , yesterday was really tough he had us workout outside in the sun. I also have been doing this squat, push up, and sit up program everyday.

I hear you about the junk food, my husband brought in a dozen crispy cream donuts this evening. Of course I did not touch any, but it makes it so hard. I always reach for one of my special k snack bars or protein water---I love this stuff Good luck with you weight loss journey:bigsmile:

I totally feel you, it has been 3 weeks that I have been working out and dieting. They weighed us today at work, I lost like half a pound. Don't give up keep trying, you can do it:wink:

some people I had that happen to me recently, I ran into two girls I went to high school with at the mall. One of them tells me wow, I can't believe how much weight you have gained. It's hard to believe you were smaller then us in high school. I was so hurt I couldn't get out of that mall fast enough.
