I am new to this. I joined a few weeks ago but just learned how to post a blog:smile: I find this site very easy to log your food in the journal. I have added several foods in that I know I will be eating and that was easy to do too. I have lost 3 pounds already since joining. I am trying something different by exercising every day at least 30 minutes, most times it is about 45 minutes and on the weekends even longer. I have had a weight problem for many years and at one time I was diabetic but not anymore since I have lost almost 70 pounds. I want to keep on losing so that I do not become diabetic again! So any advice will be most welcome. Thanks:happy:
