Hello everyone I just joined myfitnesspal to track my weight loss. I was awakened when I stood on the scale and it said 200LBS wow!! it was a shock. I am a pear shape so losing weight is difficult because of my big bottom but it is worth the effort.
SW 200
GW 135
By June 30 195
By July 30, 2009 185
By August 30, 2009 goal 175
By September 30, 2009 goal 165-170
keep going till I reach my goal weight 135!!
This journey will be difficult due to my lack of will power and addition to food as comfort. I am tring to look at food in a new way food is for nutrition not just to eat because it tastes good. I am determined to lose this weight I have piled on, Although my goal weight is 135 I would be happy to reach 150.

I about passed out when I weighed in at 213, I am now down to 182 and trying really hard to get to 150

whao!! I wanna reduce 10 lbs in a month! I am returning home in a month and want to WANT to reduce 10 lbs ... u mean it is possible??0

Hi Lee,
Get focused on your "new you" - you can do it. Definitely log your food in as often as possible - I know that helps me allot! I've lost 30 lbs (I'm at 160) and want to get to 135-140, too! Gotta workout daily, too! I'm doing P90X right now (I lost my 30 lbs on Slim in 6).

just curious, but why is losing weight difficult because of your "big bottom"?? It's just body fat like any other and will come off if you excercise and eat a healthy diet.0
