One that I like is a Blueberry Banana Smoothie.. 1 ripe banana 1 cup blueberries 1 cup of non-fat plain organic yogurt Put it all in a blender...YUM!

Yoplait has packaged smoothie mixes that are good and healthy. You just add low fat milk to the frozen fruit.

I drink a cherry coke zero once a day and it has never hindered my weight loss. I only have a few pounds to lose and I did try losing those last few pounds by giving up the soda, but it didn't help. It keeps me full, so I don't overeat during the day! I love it!

I'm anemic as well and have to monitor my iron levels.

Just made turkey chili tonight in the crockpot and it was so good! I substitute ground turkey anytime I would usually use ground beef.

I like to mix my quinoa with some black olives, a litle feta cheese, red onion, and some red wine vinegar. It is very tasty!

I had a whole wheat sandwich thin with roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber, onion, and tomato. I also had some carrot sticks and a weight watchers cheese on the side.

That is a huge success!! Congrats! My son just started this weekend as well!! He didn't use the potty yet, but he is sitting on it and for him that is huge!!

I actually do mine for free. If you have comcast cable you can do exercises on the ondemand for free! They have a lot of different ones to try.

I make mine just from ground turkey meat. I put in onion, red pepper, cumin, some garlic powder, and some seasonall.

After I had knee surgery in college I did a lot of exercising in the pool. It wasn't bad on my knees and I would burn a lot of calories. I don't know if your mom has access to a pool, but just an idea!

I love smart ones!! My favorite is the santa fe rice and beans. I also like the macaroni and cheese and the pizzas!! Enjoy!

I am in the same boat! I don't have much to lose, but it is taking me forever because I just yo-yo and I just want to get to my goal weight and maintain!

I had knee surgery back in high school playing basketball and swimming really helped me out a lot with the pain and I was still able to stay in shape for the next basketball season. I also alternated between cold and hot compresses in the evenings. Hope this helps!

I agree. The skinny dippers are my favorite and a nice little snack in the evening with only 80 calories.

I am a social worker and it is very stressful and the pay sucks...for awhile there I would eat out for lunch just to get out because I would get aches in my belly as well when I pulled up to the office. I am a Social Worker, so it is very hard for me to stay on top because I am always out and about doing visits, but I just set time each night to log in everything. I do miss a lot of the posts though.
