looking for advice,
i think i pulled something in my knee, i hurts when i squat (ex. sit up or down) but was mainly fine, i think it happened will doing squats last week although it didnt hurt on the moment. its seems to be getting worst now, like it hurts when i bend my knee ect..
should i work out on it ? i took a day off yesterday. no work outs, can i do things like elliptical ?
i have a jazz fitness class tonight. should i go ? what about swimming ?
anything i can do to make it better... cold or hot press ?
thanks for yous help !!

I had knee surgery back in high school playing basketball and swimming really helped me out a lot with the pain and I was still able to stay in shape for the next basketball season. I also alternated between cold and hot compresses in the evenings.
Hope this helps!0 -
If you have an injury you need to RICE
REST
ICE
COMPRESS
ELEVATE
Putting a hot compress on is actually not good because heat causes swelling, and when you have an injury you want to reduce swelling, not promote it.
Also, when doing your lunges squats, are you keeping your weight in the right place? Meaning... when you squat your weight should be back over your heels and you shouldn't go any lower than a 90 degree angle.
If it hurts... SEE A DOCTOR... as only they will truly be able to diagnose it.
I hope it feels better soon. Best wishes :flowerforyou:0
