I just ate a ghirardellli's ocean beach sundae.. It was delicious and worth every bite! but now I have a stomach ache and I might actually feel a little regretful..... which isn't a terrible this as this is a new feeling for me!

I agree on the roasted veggies! I would NEVER have eaten brussels sprouts boiled (as served when I was a kid) but roasted with some garlic salt? I eat them straight off the pan like candy!

up at 4:30 - at the gym at 5ish. I do 20-25 minutes of cardio and then take a 45 minute class. I've always been an early riser so don't have a problem getting up early. I've been doing it so long now I can't sleep in anymore.....

I make apple "fries" out of a granny smith apple and sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar. Visually it looks like a lot of food and they take a while to eat. Bonus that it tastes a bit like cold apple pie which is one of my favorite ways to eat apple pie... I think this is going to be my after dinner snack tonight!

I hated that too!! I wore glasses for 35 years at least and had the same problem no matter what I tried. One thing I never tried was the anit-fog stuff that people use in dive masks (just popped into my head - go figure).I just got Lasik on Saturday. LOVE IT!!!

I've had cellulite since I was a teenager and been heavy for a good portion of my life. Grew up in Florida so always wore shorts and CAN'T WAIT til it warms up enough for me to rock shorts again!! I say wear them now and wear them proudly!
