    This is really frustrating, I can't do it on my iPad because I dont have flash, and I can't do it on my mobile because it won't load! Would some lovely person who's bored input my details and inbox me them :)

    That is a difference of 142 calories a day...mean 994 Calories in a week!!! That could make or break pretty much any diet!!!!

    I completely disagree with this calculator. According to this for me to lose 1lb/week I'd have be be eating barely 1200 calories/day. That's so not true, I eat on average 1400 and I lose 1 lb/per week.

    wow, for me to lose 1 lb/wk I can eat 2400 3x/wk and 1600 on rest days4x/wk. I think may it has to do with activity level??

    I was just wondering the same thing. The "CSV" export seems to be grayed out for me, and that is what would go into excel. Kind of useless if you have to go to the website and re-enter everything every week.

    exactly. I want to save it so I guess I may have to just copy it. I think there is an add-on for excel I'm going to look more into it
