    Hey i have a question

On page 4 ,It has set itself to 90% fat loss without taking the protein intake in account ? Shouldnt it depend on the protein intake how much muscles and fat are you losing.
And is it possible to maintain tdee if you eating at a deficit ? According to the calculation it is O.o

I like the calculator but would REALLY like to know which "waist" to measure?? If I measure my "natural waist", I already have a much lower body fat % (then I think I have). If I measure my "belly button waist", the body fat % number looks more like what I think it should look like.

Any idea "which" waist measurement is SUPPOSED to be used (for this calculator)?

I think it explains the waist measurement in the white box below the waist measurement box. I think I remember it saying 1.5" below your belly button.

Very cool. Thanks for sharing! I especially like the "Fat metabolism" calculation... the biggest deficit you can support. Nice find.

thank you, easfal, I didn't see the "white bow", but now I'm going to look.

if the "waist" measurement is 1.5" BELOW the belly button, that is full-on muffin-top area, so, I'll try and get a measurement and re-plug in my numbers.

  • At the risk of seeming silly, I admit that I don't get this.:embarassed: Can someone please explain how this works? I entered my info on the first screen and and then I get to the macro calculator ... I don't know what to change. I changed the top box to "faster weight loss" and it shows a loss of -.94 per week. Well less than a pound a week is NOT fast weight loss to me. I was looking for something closer to 1.5-2 a week. What else do I need to change? I really want to understand this stuff!
