Hey i have a question
On page 4 ,It has set itself to 90% fat loss without taking the protein intake in account ? Shouldnt it depend on the protein intake how much muscles and fat are you losing.
And is it possible to maintain tdee if you eating at a deficit ? According to the calculation it is O.o0 -

I like the calculator but would REALLY like to know which "waist" to measure?? If I measure my "natural waist", I already have a much lower body fat % (then I think I have). If I measure my "belly button waist", the body fat % number looks more like what I think it should look like.
Any idea "which" waist measurement is SUPPOSED to be used (for this calculator)?
I think it explains the waist measurement in the white box below the waist measurement box. I think I remember it saying 1.5" below your belly button.0 -
