Whoop!! Halfway!! My stomach has been pretty good. But I have a cold so feeling bad isn't diet related I don't think. I am going to take one day off and the resume for another 30 days. I actually love this lifestyle and the weight is falling off!

Somehow I missed your last paragraph - I am really sorry about your dog. That is such a hard thing to go through :( I say keep up with eating healthy though. I know I REALLY struggled with emotional/stress eating and it gets out of control quickly. I always regret it.

Great job on eating out! It's not easy. I haven't even tried it yet. Sounds like you did a good job trying to make the best choice possible. Logging your food is great. I've been logging mine just to watch the nutrition.

Have fun at the party! My biggest issue is soda. It will be a challenge this weekend as we have a few kids bday parties to attend. They normally have soda for the parents. No clue what we're cooking at home. I think maybe something with steak.

My carbs have been pretty low and that doesn't seem to make me hungry.

I find I get hungry on this diet if I don't eat enough fiber and protein.
