I usually crave comfort savory hot foods like meat pies. And I WILL HAVE THEM, if I feel like it. But I also make sure I eat less calories during the day to compensate. Usually that gets rid of my craving and I am ok for the rest of the time :)

Agreed! Also, how is bread fattening? You should really focus on changing your eating habits. It's no good for your body if you use all your calories on crap food. That's not teaching yourself anything really.

I have a love/hate relationship with breakfast. Some mornings I'm like CAN'T I JUST SLEEP MORE. Other days I hoover it down like I haven't eaten for a week. I think variety keeps me interested :)

I am surprised at how fat I still feel despite losing 20+kg :( It's also really annoying how COLD I get! It's like I need to take a sweater with me everywhere I go.

One day will not break you. If you go over your calorie limit, just eat better the next day. You can't undo it, just make sure it doesn't become a regular thing. My nutritionist still eats KFC (he isn't even slightly overweight) on the odd occasion when he feels like it, but makes sure he's still within his calorie intake. It's too boring not to indulge once in a while!

To those peeps, I say EAT A SLICE OF PIZZA, that should help get you there ;) Also, totally agree on losing weight and not starving. I went to a nutritionist who told me I was eating too little. I was like "EH? BUT I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT", now I'm eating more food, my tummy is full, I'm not starving and still losing weight.

I think rather than focusing on the fact that you can't say NO, is to remove all traces so you don't even have to say no. This is exactly what I did. Using the recipe function on MFP for ONE: 1 Egg: 15, Mushroom: 4, Double Smoked Leg Ham (1 slice): 9, Brown Onion: 11, Baby Spinach: 10, Tasty Light Cheese: 72 = 121 I don't think the cheese is the correct count though, I only use about 1/2 a cup to make 6.

Honestly, if you love it and you don't go over your calorie intake for the day, why NOT have it? If you think you're drinking too much of it, reduce it to one cup.

I would honestly start tracking what you eat. Sometimes what you THINK you eat and what you actually eat are not the same when it comes to total calories.
