Hi I can tell you that I have been eating mostly clean for two years now. When I do eat unhealthy say a bag of potato chips I actually feel very sick. I think eating clean most of the time is much better way to loose weight.

Hi I don't always eat my exercise calories, but if I am hungry I make sure I eat a protein and not a carb.

I would have my thyroid checked out. I had hypo-Thyroid and my hair fell out. Good new it grows back

I am a runner as well, a slow runner but non the less, I ran my first 5K this weekend, I did it in 42 min.

Welcome, I have thyroid problems as well. MFP has helped me with my journey. Take one day at a time. Good luck, I have lost 44 lbs so far with this site. It made me accountable and more aware of what I was eating.

Hi you would be surprise how much you are eating of the good stuff. Check and see what a serving size is. Get a good set of scales and measuring cup. I thought I only eat good stuff also and after being on MFP I found out that I was eating way to much of the good stuff. Good luck and keep measuring the pounds will come…

I eat natural peanut butter all the time, Make sure it is natural with no sugar added. and make sure you measure.

I Kit Kat, I run every morning, on the Treadmill. My knees will not let me run outside :( I Started out that way about 3 months ago now I can run 5K in 30 mins. Every other day when I run I do sprints for 40 sec and walk for 20 sec. I can now run a sprints at level 10

Monday am- 1hr. Cardio, 1/2 hr. weights Tuesday am- 1hr. Cardio. Tues pm zumba 1hr. Wed. am - 1 hr Cardio , 1/2hr. weights Thursday am 1hr. Cardio, Thurs pm. zumba 1hr. Aqua fit 45min Friday am 1hr. Cardio, 1/2hr. weights weekends rest
