I work out with a trainer 5 days per week, and then i do light cardio or yoga on my own on day 6. Mondays are a mandatory rest day, or The Boss gets pissed. :D

    Tuesday - zumba or yoga
Wednesday - back and arms, 2 hours; 1 hour mixed cardio
Thursday - heavy chest, 1 hour; 1 hour interval training on the treadmill
Friday - heavy legs, 2 hours; 30 minutes cardio to cool down
Sat - bodyweight and shoulders, 2 hours; no cardio
Sun - light legs and chest, 2 hours; 1 hour mixed cardio

Every day-walk the dog in the morning, walk/run with her in the evening.
C25K every other day, on the days I'm not doing that I do 30day shred/yoga.
Try and have a rest day once a week!

I try to be in the gym anywhere from 5-7 days a week.

Usually just split it up by doing something like this:

    Back + bi's
    Chest + tri's
    Legs
    Shoulders + tri's or bi's

Off day I'll just do arms + more cardio.

Each day I also do 3 mile bike ride either before or after workout, and also try to max out on pullups + sit ups.

I exercise five days a week (plus one day of 'lighter' exercise), but not at a gym.

I walk five miles from Monday to Thursday, and I cycle or do a Kinect workout from Monday to Friday. Saturday is light exercise, Sunday is rest.

I try to do 7 days a week. No break. I did this for two months straight until this week. I took last Sunday off and I might take this one too. Everyone needs one day rest, I think.

I walk between 30 mins and an hour a day five days a week depending on the weather then I do an hour of cardio on the Biggest Loser on the Xbox. It seems to be doing the trick!

I work out at least 6 days a week, walking for about 75 min, with weights for at least 2 miles, 4.0 mph. I just ordered Chalean Extreme, so will be adding that, and on the days I am not doing that cardio, I will still do my 2 miles with weights. I feel guilty about taking a day off from exercise 9usually Sundays) - so what do you guys think? Is it better to exercise EVERY day or take one day off?

    Hi,
I do 5 days but I use at home videos.

I am a mom of 2, plus my hubby, my career and my animals... I have to make my own time before the house gets up... I wake up an hour before I need to and spend 30-40 minutes with Jillian Michaels.
I do try to switch it up.. which routines I do and not necessarily the same style.

The past couple of weeks I am doing six pack in six weeks, and alternating with ripped in 30.

    Day1 3am Cardio- 7:30am Chest/Biceps
    Day2 3am Cardio- 7:30am Back/Tris
    Day3 3am Cardio- 7:30am Legs/Shoulders (heavy leg day)
    Day4 Light Cardio/Yoga
    Day5 3am Cardio- 7:30am Chest/Biceps
    Day6 3am Cardio- 7:30am Back/Tris
    Day7 3am Cardio- 7:30am Legs/Shoulders (light leg day)

My rest day rotates, so its not generally a day of the week thing but a day in the routine.

Yes, 5 days sometimes 6. Walking treadmill x 30 min at incline 5/6/7/8 at 3.8mph. Then alternate days with weight routine or abd crunches. At least once a week a spin class at the gym-would love to do this at least twice. But, working out at home early in the am seems to work best for me. Keeps me motivated the rest of the day.

    That's it for me

I workout 6-7 day a week, currently I do Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 5-6 days with 30-45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and two days a week I have roller derby practice for 3 hours. I typically do the Jillan workout on derby days but not the extra cardio and I do try to have one day a week of rest but not always.
