How much over 1200 are you going? It's probably not going to affect you at all unless you're going over 2k on a daily basis. In all reality if you're sticking between 1400-1600 you're still going to lose weight and it'll probably be better of for you in the long run.

So pick one of those that isn't sitting in front of the TV or eating. I found that if I go outside, I move around a lot more. Walk around the block. Do some yard work. Help out at a homeless shelter. Help out at a senior center. Volunteer to coach some young kids in a sport you enjoy.

i prefer to log it just so i have some accountability. i log every single bite. i try to find the best matches on MFP if the place you are going to doesn't have a nutritional info.

You're putting too much pressure on the front of your feet. Make sure you're using your whole foot for balance and not just your forefoot. If you lean back and put the pressure on your heels for a few minutes the tingling will go away in your toes. :wink:

we grind our own venison. for sausage we add equal amounts of pork and then add whatever we like to suit our fancy that day. cheese, kraut... you name it.

My one and only 5k I did in 41:23 (I ended up having to walk most of it) - I cannot run fast at all. In fact, my husband walks faster than I run. I would say I run about ..... 4 - 4.5mph

Both my hips & ribs got larger. I don't mind the hips so much, but it's annoying that the bottom of my rib cage now sticks out further than my boobs. :sad:

I run at the same speed my husband walks. Around..... 4-4.5mph Sometimes it bothers me, but then I figure, I'm the only one it bothers and at least I'm getting off my butt!

It's recommended to lose weight in a healthy way, you should not lose more than 2lbs a week - (most months that would be 8lbs - though if your larger, this can be more even with a higher caloric intake), I'd say keep where your at. You're doing fine! I always completely fail at 1200, I get entirely too hungry. I'm at 1460…
