Thank you all - I'm going to pass on the cottage cheese recipe as I don't like cottage cheese. I will try the one with Greek yogurt and also the one with Laughing Cow Cheese. I'll let you know what I think.

I weigh and mesaure everything, it's what holds me accountable.
-
Not a big fan of salt, so sweet it is...
-
I bake mine in the oven (microwave dries them out too much) wrapped in tin foil. When done I put some black pepper and sometimes a little spray butter. Or I'll make oven fries with them. Slice with skin on, drizzle with a little olive oil or Pam spray, sprinkle on some seasoning's to taste (be creative with what you like)…

I look at it as holding myself accountable. I know that if I don't no one else will. Plus when I write it down, I know that when I weigh in it will all be worth it. Good luck and don't give up.

You have the right attitude, with positive self talk. Also remember everything happens for a reason! Sending prayers your way.

You look wonderful. I've heard a lot about P90X, but what is it?
-
You have to do what is right for you. I personally weigh myself everyday, but only only update my weight on MFP once a week. Good luck!

@ Jessica, very accurate. While i joined in October 2010 I only started tracking my progress in early January and I'm down 17 lbs. If you're looking for a friend to help you out, send me a request. Welcome to MFP

I'm looking to lose about the same, maybe a little more. Please accept my friend request, as we can never have enough of them.

I don't like oatmeal because of the texture, this will make it worth trying again because I love pineapple and coconut. Thanks

My choice of these would be the Fajita Pita w grilled chicken, no cheese. Hope you have a great time out and enjoy yourself.

No cheap at all, that is what I pay for each 1 hour class @ my local dance studio.

Great job, keep up the good work. You should be so proud of yourself.

That would depend on how sick I am. Last Tuesday I was not feeling so good, but I pushed myself to go to my Zumba class. While I was unable to move as fast as I typically would I still completed the class and when all was said and done, I was glad I went. Hope you feel better soon and just listen to your body it knows what…

Welcome to MFP, great site to help you along your journey to healthy...you will be successful. ::smile:

At least you did the best you could considering the situation. When you have time, you should create a new recipe for this food item so the next time you can click and go. Yes you do have to calculate all items, but in a recipe it's so easy to do and you only have to do it once. Good luck

Just did the calorie count for the spice cake mix (unprepared) and the canned pumpkin. 24 muffins are 91 calories each. Still sounds like a really good snack for the calories, def going to give them a try.
-
Sounds yummy, going to give it a try.
-
Thanks for the post, I've been using the dance one, but will now use the aerobics.
