I made a greek salad with shredded canned chicken on top that I got from eatingwell.com. By using the canned chicken I saved on some calories!!!

Leftover salmon and veggies. The salmon was horrible and fishy tasting just like all leftover salmon and not at all delicious like it was the first time around. But I ate it, because it's good for me and it was part of the plan, BLAH!0
