- Cottage Cheese with 1 tbs of strawberry jam (120 cal)
I don't eat this all at once. Every few hours...

I made a greek salad with shredded canned chicken on top that I got from eatingwell.com. By using the canned chicken I saved on some calories!!! A giant salad for 177 calories! And a nonfat yogurt!0

Leftover salmon and veggies. The salmon was horrible and fishy tasting just like all leftover salmon and not at all delicious like it was the first time around. But I ate it, because it's good for me and it was part of the plan, BLAH!0
