    1 tablespoon of ranch for dip

    I actually enjoy eating this type of lunch! I love fresh veggies!

    - Turkey, hommos and clover sprout rollups (130 cal)
    - Can of soup (180 cal)
    - Salad with Cold Cuts, Lettuce, Grape Tomatoes, Hearts of Palm, Banana Pepper Rings, Bell Peppers, and 2 tbs of Ranch Dressing (150 cal)
    - Cottage Cheese with 1 tbs of strawberry jam (120 cal)

    I don't eat this all at once. Every few hours...

    I made a greek salad with shredded canned chicken on top that I got from eatingwell.com. By using the canned chicken I saved on some calories!!! :) A giant salad for 177 calories! And a nonfat yogurt! :)

    Leftover salmon and veggies. The salmon was horrible and fishy tasting just like all leftover salmon and not at all delicious like it was the first time around. But I ate it, because it's good for me and it was part of the plan, BLAH!
