I had to smile at the "babies" thing also. I have an 18yr, 17yr, 15yr, 13yr, 12yr, 10yr, 4yr, ~angel~ baby, and a 17 month old. No more babies for us..lol!

I was feeling the same way today. Didn't really feel like exercising but forced myself to do it and ended up working out for 120 minutes! I felt so much better after my workout, glad I didn't skip. But if your body is tired, you may need a rest.
