Good morning, I am a newbie

Good morning, I joined yesterday after my doc told me that if I wasnt going to exercise or stay on a "diet" diet, that I should start counting calories - so, here I am. HOWEVER, I do intend on getting in motion - my husband is my partner in this.

Right now (one day in!) I havent had a problem staying under my recommended 1200 calories - I just have to get my booty in gear for the exercise.

    hi! i am sorta new!! i started this then stopped :( i got lazy but i am getting married Aug 2011 and determined to lose these extra miserable 10 pounds i have recently accumulated!!!!!!!!!!! trying to stay motivated!!!
