Hiya!

my name is sian (said like sean) and i am on my journey to lose weight. lol. i've been 248 & 199 in the last 5yrs. i'd prefer 2 b 160lbs. i'm 5'5 1/2" & will b doin insanity, p90x, training for a half-marathon. i'll b a busy little b with goin to school and doin a full-time job. i want to do this the healthy way. b4 i've always used my ex as an excuse but now that i'm on my own i will only have myself to blame from now on! HAHA.

2day is the 1st day and i've cooked ALL my food 4 the wk. i'm already know that i'm the type of person that needs her food handed 2 her on a plate & told "eat this". lol!

so now i'm on my way to become a better me! YAY!

operation Goo Be Gone has been iniated!! :bigsmile:
