Leslie Sansone's DVDs are great. The mile walks are about 15 minutes. And if your kiddo is walking around, they can have fun, too, trying to do it with you.

Because being a kid at heart is never something to be ashamed of. Husband and I watch kids movies quite regularly because we enjoy them just as much as we enjoy actions, adventure, comedy, drama, etc. Not watching them doesn't make you any better than someone who does, or vice versa.
