Wow that's great! That's my biggest fear not being able to have children. I haven't been diagnosed yet but I think I may have it.

Can it be cured or only treated?

Is getting pregnant harder or impossible depending on there severity of the condition? Once I get out of training for my new job I will be going to a doctor asap and requesting to be tested for pcos bc I think I may have it. I pray I don't tho.

Before I started working I was drinking 12-15 cups a day now I'm barely drinking 6 during the week. Gotta get back to it.

I'm going to the doctor to get checked for my thyroid and pcos bc my weightloss seems to not be happening as well and I've already been told my thyroid seemed enlarged a few years ago.

Chinese food. It's my weakness and I just can't seem to let it go

I'm 5"11 and about 250 my first goal is to get down to 200 then I would like to weigh about 170-180. My lowest weight in high school was 145-150 size 5. I don't recall looking too thin or "sick" but I guess I'll see how I look once I FINALLY get there.

Forgot to put that I would like to be able to do a 1 minute plank by the end of the month. I'm at about 10-15secs now lol. And I would love to complete the 30 day shred. March wasnt good for me and that DVD.

I'm 5"11 and just started eating 1900 last week to see how it goes. Before I was eating 1300-1500 a day.

So if my calculations r correct 20% under is 2177 meaning I've been WAYYY below wat I should be eating. That seems like alot of calories a day but maybe that's y weightloss has been so slow...

Wow good progress. I'm 5'11 as well and still confused on how many calories I should be consuming a day. So if u don't mind me asking wats ur daily calorie intake?
