What's harder for you? Healthy eating or Exercise?

    A month ago, I would have said exercise. Now that I actually have started to enjoy running and am doing the 30DS, it's definitely eating. I am addicted to chocolate and pasta. I could eat those two foods every day for the rest of my life and not get bored of them.

    Eating! I love food - it's hard to stop myself.

    Exercise for me is fun and I love doing it. It's not a chore for me. It's to the point where I don't feel right when I don't exercise.

    Exercise. I have to force myself to do it, on a very very rare day I'll be in the mood to do it (probably the days I want pizza :laugh: ).

    Not so much healthy eating but more of eating lesser. I have problems controlling how much I eat, and I tend to eat quite a bit of carbs too.

    Hands down - it's exercise. Hate it, hate it, hate it. I'd rather not eat or drink than exercise.

    Hands down Exercise. I don't like to sweat .. but I do love walking and yoga. (but not hot yoga)... I do like Barre 3.

    Healthy eating. I have this awful binging tendency.

    I like the rush I get from exercising.

    100% eating. I enjoy exercising and have started seeing a personal trainer to hopefully take it to the next level.

    Exercise! Especially strength training. Pushing myself until my muscles fail really doesn't come easy for me.
