  • BMI works great when looking at populations. When looking at individuals it can get sketchy. That said, 25% BF would be way to high for me. I am athletic, 191lbs and 6'2". I still have a bit I can lose I am in the 17-18% range

  • Most estimates are crazy high. I guess if you think you are burning the calories and it makes you do more then great! I ride bikes....a lot.... Just tonight I rode a hair over 30 miles and pushed hard to have an 18mph average. Took 1 hour and 39 minutes and I calculated 1067 calories.
