I believe that tonight is day 2 of week 3 for me, which is HIIT 25? I did fire45ez last night. I had fun with that. Everyday I am liking the program a bit more.. Dont think that HIIT 25 will be enough, might run a couple of miles too, haven't done that lately!

can you eat more? Search under posts for in place of a road map. Seems to me like you aren't fueling your body enough. Are you hungry? I am a 5'7 female working out (insanity) 7 days a week, but I am eating 1800-1900 calories a day!

I have that pain in the botttom of my left foot near the ball. I thought I hurt it doing the pylo in my exercise video. I also was having to biofreeze up myself before doing my workout... WTH seemed right about that in retrospect!!

I worked each level for 10 days. I also ran 30 minutes and did some weights. I took off 5 days randomnly, three for vacation and two other sporadic.
