I can hear your passion for running in your post....however, my suggestion is to find another sport that you can workout hard and get satisfaction from without injuring your knees any further. I'm committed to eating plant strong & staying at 1200 calories. However, I exercise typically 5 or more days a week. I find it too hard to plug in my exercise and calories for meals and try to keep at 1200 calories on MFP. ( don't like subtracting exercise added calories for minutes of exercise)! Eat an apple! The sweetness will help with cravings, it is healthy, has fiber and is good for you! Then....get away from temptation--take a walk, do something busy and away from food. Good luck...we all have been there! Hang in there :-)
