Would like some MFP friends in the 55-65 age group!

Hi!

I'm 62 and have been logging onto MyFitnessPal for about 70 days. Keeping track of my calories here has been the first real weight loss I have experienced in years...and it feels pretty good to have loose pants and shirts again..*smile* I am not decriminating here as I would love friends in all age groups, but I am thinking metabolic wise etc it would also be nice to have some friends my own age as well.

Looking forward to meeting people and motivating others and being motivated myself.

Hello, your reference to metabolic intrigued me. We've started a group, "A Spirit of Fitness." Please drop in, any and all! I'm 55 and more than stayin' alive. Let's see if we can get a little synergy going!
