Aww, thank you! One-derland is fantastic, but the better thing is being able to buy normal clothes at like Marshalls and TJ Max. Literally spending $7.00 on a pair of jeans is ridiculous. I wish you the absolutely best of luck, stay strong, you can do it girl!

I always give this recipe because it literally is the easiest thing you will ever make in your life. Take 1-2 lbs of organic chicken breasts. Throw some sliced zucchini in the oven for about 30 minutes, then toss it in whole wheat pasta with a little bit of olive oil, garlic and pepper. Easy but delicious. I like to add artichoke hearts and eggplant too!

Thanks everyone it was very hard work. Basically 1000 calories to burn each day, one workout at 4:30 am and another at 7:00pm. I also had a personal trainer 3 x's a week during my competition. I had no cupackes, no donuts, no pizza, no alcohol....basically if it looks good, I would not eat it! Lived on chicken breast,…

The calorie counters on the machine are not accurate. Every one and every body is different, if you want accurate results, wear a heart rate monitor and continue to update your fitness data in the monitor as you lose weight! I recomment the Polar brand, good luck!

Do you drink alot of milk? I noticed that when I run I get calf pain occassionally but after a good stretch and downing a glass of milk or protein, you will feel a lot better! If you aren't a milk drinker, I would definitely do a protein shake before your work out....everyone is different but it can't hurt to try. Good…
