There have been users on MFP who undergo such a tremendous weight loss that they get tummy tucks in order to deal with the loose skin. I don't think anyone would begrudge it of you if you needed it.

False. Just because it didn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for others. Works great for me. 50/20/30 prot/carb/fat is best mix I've found for hunger, weight loss, and lbm retention.
