Beef Jerky, you can get different flavors and tastes good. I also eat Pure Protein bars so I can get my chocolate fix. They are a bit higher in calories, but great protein and is better to eat than a Hershey bar when I need chocolate :D

Bump... I don't like yogurt, nuts or cottage cheese either and could use some extra protein.

Did everyone read the Op? :noway: She said she doesn't like cottage cheese or nuts or yogurt!

Op - I have a Clif protein bar when I need extra protein. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

No-carb protein pancakes of course! (I make them the night before!)
    So simple!

    2 + 1/2 TBS protein powder
    1 egg
    Dash salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp water
    1 tsp oil

Just mix everything and make a big pancake in your pan (with spray oil).
Easy and yum, I eat with almond butter! Maybe not for you if you don't like nuts haha.

almond butter with bananas (I know you say you only like peanuts but almond butter is fantastic)
span out and try different types of greek yogurt, I switch between Fage/cobani 0% fat is a little tangy you might try the 2% option with some raw honey
do regular yogurt as another option plain (others are laden with sweetners)

    Brunswick kippered snack....(like sardines)

Google some of Jamie Eason's protein bars. Lemon poppy seed is yummy.

I didn't like Greek yogurt either til I put a packet of stevia, a half scoop protein powder and some pb2 in it.

    Good luck.

1/8 of an avocado.. wrap a piece of quality turkey breast deli meat (like boar's head) around it... YUM!

    Hard boiled egg

    BEEF JERKY

chicken salad wrapped in a lettuce leaf (or some starch product if you're not low-carbing it!)

All of these foods have really helped me meet my protein goals on a doctor supervised 800-1050 calorie diet.. so I've had no hair loss, no fatigue, and my total number of pounds of lean body mass is only a half pound less than it was 75 pounds ago! GO PROTEIN!

Mini baby bel. Add yeast powder to air-popped corn.

    I hate cottage cheese.

I'm not big on snacking but I get my protein (non dairy and non nut based in accordance with your tastes!) from tofu, whey protein added to things like shakes, eggs and things like beans and puy lentils.

    Hope that helps!

    My go-to options are:

    Half a can of tuna
3-4 oz. of deli cut meat with mustard
2 tbsp of peanut butter on celery sticks or an apple
    3.5 oz. of greek yogurt
    1 cup of chocolate milk
    2 oz. of cheese
1.5 oz. of almonds or peanuts

Mix and match as you see fit.
