I need to incorporate protein into my snacks and need some ideas. I don't like nuts (except peanuts), cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt so those aren't options. I'm hoping you guys can give me some good ideas. Thanks in advance!

I like the mini Baby Bell Light cheeses - one piece is only 50 calories. Sometimes I will have a Quest protein bar. You could also have some lean meat - chicken, etc.0

String cheese
Lunch meat slices
Laughing cow cheese wedges
Proscuitto
Chicken breast
Jerky0 -
meat & cheese, hard boiled eggs, tuna/chicken salad with celery or cucumber, leftovers.0

No-carb protein pancakes of course! (I make them the night before!)
So simple!
2 + 1/2 TBS protein powder
1 egg
Dash salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp water
1 tsp oil
Just mix everything and make a big pancake in your pan (with spray oil).
Easy and yum, I eat with almond butter! Maybe not for you if you don't like nuts haha.0 -
Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame - 1/4 cup (30 g) serving has:
130 calories
14g protein
4.5 g fat
0.5 sat fat
130 mg sodium
9 g carbs
7 g fiber
1 g sugar
2% RDA Vit C
10% RDA iron
4% RDA calcium
And they are super yummy, especially the wasabi flavored.0 -

If you like pickles (ie Bick's garlic pickles), try making a few hard boiled eggs and dropping them into your favourite pickle juice jar that has room Leave for several days and you will have a tasty pickled egg and a few pickles on the side. The egg and two pickles should be a total of a 100 cal.0

Beef Jerky, you can get different flavors and tastes good. I also eat Pure Protein bars so I can get my chocolate fix. They are a bit higher in calories, but great protein and is better to eat than a Hershey bar when I need chocolate0
