Leaving for vacation

Today I am leaving for Arizona for 5 days. I'm so scared about sabotaging all the great work I've done over the last 6 weeks. I want to enjoy myself and indulge at some points but keep on track the majority of the time. I am so nervous about the trip I haven't been eating that great the last couple of days. I've stayed within my calorie goal but it haven't been quality food. Anyone have any traveling tips?

    Have fun, just control your portions. You can't undo 6 weeks of hard work that easily.
