I started yesterday, I must say it was a good workout!! I loved it, I will be doing this workout for 3/4 x's a week. Today might be a rest day since I woke up not feeling very well, but if I feel better by the end of the day I wil get my workout in.

Wow...Thats a tough one to be in, I am very sorry that you are being treated this way. My son has a stepmother who is really nice to him, and I ALWAYS talk to him about being nice and respectful to her, to always say thank you and please, help around the house, ect.

You are not hungry because you metabolism has slowed down, I felt like this while I was eating 1200 or less. Once I upped my calories and worked on eating my exercise calories things have changed. I have lost more weight, now I cant imagine eating 1200 or less . When I started eating more I saw a weight gain of two pounds…

I drink my coffee black with no sugar, It wasn't always like this but I go used to it.. Black coffee is not bad for you, it is only when you add all this sugar and creamers.

Looks like you dont eat much. Set your weekly goal to lose 0.5lbs, since you dont have much to lose.

Becareful with not logging soy sauce it's very high in sodium! I dont log herbs, spices gum,. everything else I am pretty good with

Thanksgiving, I will log breakfast and lunch, and work out. Christmas can be alittle tough for me, since we have christmas eve dinner , christmas day early dinner. I will exercise for sure, and eat in moderation.

I have been sick for the past three days, I have been feeling guilty about not working out but rest is more important. I dont have any energy to do anything anyways, I will continue my workout schedule onces I am 100% again. Feel better!
