My starting weight at MFP was 133-135ish, but I would like to note that at my heaviest I was near 150.

I currently weigh 123lbs and would love to lower my 20% body fat to 18. That being said, I am not doing that well. :(

Congrats on your loss-- you look wonderful!

My starting weight was 212. Couldn't even believe that.

Current weight is 158 (but I have been up and down, between 157-162 for the past couple of months).

My goal weight is 150, and I'm sure if I get my *kitten* back into gear (total slacker since school started, lol), I can probably get there by the end of January, if I don't go too nuts over the holidays, lol.

P.S. YOU are doing so awesome!

Started 02/29/2008 at 217 lbs. Got down to 156 in about a year and have since put back 14, weighing 170 now. I jumpstarted with a brand-new initiative on 11-11-11 and hope to reach my proposed goal of 140 lbs. by Summer, 2012.

Best wishes to ALL! Cheers from carole in Boston, xO

GW: 155lbs by My son's first birthday May 3, 2012

I have fought with my weight all of my life and this is the first time that I have been able to do this on my own with out some fad diet or weight loss program. This is me using the the tools the MFP is providing to make the right choices and get my life in order. My youngest son was born very early and my family and I went through a very difficult time both before and after his birth (he spent 83 days in the NICU). I want to be as healthy and fit as I can be fore my boys. I want to set a good example for them, be able to run and play with them, and live a long time to see them grow. This starts with me getting healthy and active and staying that way. Thanks to MFP for giving me this opportunity and helping me to take control.

I am 36...started at 268 last winter, but quit after losing 10 pounds. I restarted 3 weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds again. My first mini goal was to get under 250...and I did that last week!

    I am 248 now...my ultimate goal is 185. (I am 5'10)

I would like to get there before we go to Italy in September!

I have always been in love with a silver jewelry artisan on Etsy, and my husband is rewarding me with my first necklace from her for losing 20 pounds, and he was *talked into* letting me order one at each 10 pounds I lose. My next goal is to be under 200 by our anniversary on April 5.

The highest I have been was 320 when I had gastric bypass in 2003...lowest since then was 215 but never actually made an attempt at making my life healthy so I gained half of it back. This year I took time and I re-vamped our entire family's lifestyle and all of us are healthier. My husband lost 30 pounds, and both of my teenagers are making better choices and are no longer chubby. :)

Hi. Ok, so here were my stats when I started this weight loss odyssey on February 2nd of this year:

    Height - 4' 6" Weight - ~170 BMI - 39.6 Body Fat % - higher than 50%

    Measurements: Neck 15, waist 39, hips 47, bicep 15, forearm 11, wrist 8, thigh 29

My highest weight was 174. Clothing size XL/18-20

I used to have a HUGE butt, a prominent pouch below my belly button, big butt and big rolls on my back. When I started I worked out at least 3-4 times a week, and if I didn't work out, I walked. I have been watching my calories, sodium, protein, carbs and serving sizes. Not only that but I have pretty much cut out beef, except for a couple times a month. I am eating healthier and eating more turkey, chicken, pork and fish to get my protein. I have also been drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.

My current stats as of today:

    Height - 4' 6" Weight – 127.6 BMI – 30.8 Body Fat % - ~ 35 maybe a little less

    Measurements: Neck 13, waist 32.75, hips 39, thighs 21, bicep 12, forearm 9.5, wrist 6

Clothing Size: S/M/L (depending on designer), 8/10 pants, M/10/12 dress

My exercise routine at the beginning was: 3-4 days with a 30-45 min walk plus 30-60 minutes of Pilates and 3-4 days with working out for 60-75 min. (45-60 min of cardio with 15-20 min of weights/calisthenics)

My workouts now are: 3-4 days with a 30-45 min walk plus 30-60 minutes of Pilates and 3-4 days with working out for 60-70. (45 min of weights with 15-20 min of cardio and calisthenics).

Since I have started I have lost 45 lbs, and nearly 41 inches all over. It is hard to believe I did this all on my own without a trainer and that I can fit into size 8 in certain styles.

When I went to the gym today and got my free trial with a trainer and as we were talking she commented to me about how much of a success I am doing it on my own when she has clients who are not motivated at all. I recently got a copy of my medical records and was shocked to discover at one point I gained 33 lbs in the course of 2 years when I was in junior high school. I was absolutely shocked and appalled. Needless to say I am glad I have changed my ways.

As you can tell from my pictures below it has paid off enormously:

    Here's me at the beginning:

    July2008-1.jpg

    Half way point:

    Senior.jpg

    Today at 127.6 lbs:

    100_0374.jpg

My ultimate goal is to be at or below 115 but no lower than100 lbs.

Due to injuries I will be happy with either weight.

Weighing in tomoz when I weighed yesterday I had lost 2lbs which means I'm under 13 stones, a first for me in many years.
    I'm so proud.
