If you are looking for ground turkey or turkey sausage, I usually find it in the frozen section near the chicken. Buying it fresh is usually more expensive than buying it frozen. We like to keep a couple pounds around for impromptu recipes.

CELERY!! Yuk, I don't like it either, it's got hardly any calories and you actually lose weight by chewing it! lol. Good that you're about to try Eggplant. At first I was unsure of its taste, and I used to do a mediterranean vegs in the oven.. so I used the

    Zuccini (2)
    Red peppers (2)
Cherry tomatoes or big tomatoes (depending on how hungry you feel)
    Onion (1)
    Aubergine/egg plant (1 half)
    Green peppers if you like

It admits most vegetables, then just put on the oven to medium to high power until it starts smelling nice.. yummy.

You could also add one of those veg stocks diluted in water to get extra flavour and sauce, it tastes nicer, I'd recommend to use only half otherwise it may get too salty, and if you feel like it, just add some herbs to it to change the taste every now and then. :D

I like to have hot mint tea on hand. I also like to have lemons. They can go in water be used as a flavor for veggies or I have even used lemon on my salads. Keep it simple and buy what you enjoy. It is good to try something once in awhile but if you buy things you don't like it will just go to waste. Salad, craisins, walnuts, blue cheece crumbles and dressing of your choice is always my favorite to have on hand. I also buy a large bag of talapia in the freezer section. Good luck with your weight loss journey!

Get some almonds too. Grab 5-10 when you're hungry in between meals or stuck somewhere.
