  • My mom did this diet and she lost 70 pounds. It is medically supervised because you have to have pills prescribed. Though she lost the weight she has not lost anymore and she gained a little back but over all you definitly have to do it with a doc watching.

  • you can calorie count all u want but u have to exercise. lol I struggle with this too. I hate exercising but a friend told me commit yourself 3 days a week of some kind like walking is a good one to start with and u will lose weight.

  • I need to lose 125 and am starting with losing 50 by march 2010. Im Calorie counting and walking at least 3 times a week twice a day so I end up walking an hour a day. Im glad to hear and meet others like me who dont need to lose 20 pounds but over 100.
