:# baby's still cooking... Due early April and I'm as big as a house. A house that can't get up, walk around, bend over... But my 180 lbs is freaking me out!

I already did the shred once... Did it all in 30 days without taking a day off. As far as I could tell it worked, but I didn't measure anything. Now my weight's creeping back up - or my shape is - whatever the case may be I feel out of shape and I want to do this again... So here I am... Gotta find that measuring tape!…

I was a vegan for 2 years. It's the healthiest option, with far less cruelty as a bonus... You can live quite unhealthfully, though, if you eat a lot of processed fake-meats and potato chips, though, so pay attention and try to maximize the fresh fruits and veggies.

Use this site! Log every morsel that enters your mouth. Know what goes in. Acknowledge it. That's the first step. For me, that was enough to open my eyes. I realized that I was eating thousands of calories more than I should and I just started by eating LESS of the same foods I usually ate. Then eventually I wanted to eat…

Oh ya - I started with this and the majority of my weight loss was simply from watching what I was eating and cutting back on the calories. I had been eating thousands of calories regularly prior to joining MFP. I had no idea. Now I try to log everything. About a month in, I had lost 20 lbs with NO exercise. Then I decided…

I like my inaccurate and inexpensive scale. I'm not so dumb that a little fluctuation one way or the other freaks me out. I can handle gaining 4 lbs of water weight after a bowl of pho. mmmmm phoooooooo.... What were we talking about?

Cut up a baked potato, sauté some onions, throw in the potato, and add a couple of scrambled eggs, salt and pepper... Coat everything in the scrambled eggs and let it cook into a frittata type thing. You can add mushrooms, or other veggies, too. It's kinda awesome. Bob's Red Mill Grits are gluten free, too. So is rice and…

Look at Korean food... I love japchae. Also, quinoa (see the Quinoa thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/790690-the-quinoa-thread ) and veggies and hummus.

Funny thing, I've been to church with a *kitten*... really not nearly as much sweating as you'd think. But then, she understood the message. ;)

Because my Prince Charming never looks up from his smartphone to appreciate me as we pass each other in the street.... He can't tell that I'm unusually well educated, well-traveled, easy to talk to, funny, loyal, and talented.

Although your profile says 33, I would have guessed 27. Mine must be guessed in dog years, please and thank you.
