TV workouts: "Classical Stretch" and "Body Electric"

I just discovered two great excercise shows on TV -- "Classical Stretch" and "Body Electric" -- and thought I would recommend them should others want to give them a try.
I live in Chicago and these programs are on Channel 20 (PBS) at 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. This is a TV station I get through my antenna so it is free. Check your local listings to see when/if they are on in your area.
"Classical Stretch" is a half hour of stretching and strength building. The instructor has a dance background and much of what she does reminds me of things you do in dance class.
"Body Electric" is strength training. I have actually seen this program before when flipping through channels and always thought it looked too easy but after doing it a few times realize that her mellow mood and music have nothing to do with how challenging it is!
Both shows are low impact which is great for those of us with knee issues. Having a distinct start time has also been helpful. It is too easy for me to lay in bed in the morning thinking "I really should get up and start that DVD". Now I find myself hurrying to get out of bed so I can be in my workout clothes and ready before the program starts.
